Vicki is openly transgender and would, in the words (and endorsement) of the the San Francisco Bay Guardian, "make history." Vicki Kolakowski has been actively engaged in the LGBT community for a number of years and would gain a unique opportunity to educate the legal system about transgenders; a legal system that often interacts with us through all points of transition.
